Return and Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Please note that custom items, including personalized or made-to-order products, are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are specially crafted to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@inregapparel.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in their original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@inregapparel.com with a description and photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or refund as needed.
